Namiki proudly presents the 2025 Limited Edition Emperor, Blooming Flowers in Profusion, the most ambitious and valuable Emperor ever created. Inspired by the Japanese idiom “百花繚乱 (Hyakka Ryōran)”, meaning a profusion of flowers in bloom, the design celebrates the flourishing of culture, artistry, and individuality.

Eleven flowers from Japan’s four seasons are arranged across the Emperor body, each brought to life through masterful maki-e techniques, including Hira Maki-e, Taka Maki-e, Raden, Rankaku, and Togidashi Maki-e. Gold, silver, and raden powders evoke Earth and Water, unifying the composition with a luminous radiance.

Crafted by KOKKOKAI artisan Yutaka Sato, every flower is built through countless layers of lacquer, gold, and eggshell, polished meticulously by hand. The pen is fitted with Namiki’s signature #50 18kt gold nib with rhodium accents and the iconic Mount Fuji engraving.
